Linda Larry is the proud founder of Hearts in Action, a nonprofit organization built on faith, compassion, resilience, and the belief that every person deserves hope.
Linda's journey is one of courage and perseverance. As a young person, she experienced homelessness and lived in the shelter system. She knows what it feels like to wonder where you'll sleep, to face uncertainty, and to long for someone who truly cares. Those experiences shaped her heart and inspired her life's mission.
Instead of allowing her past to define her, Linda used it to create purpose. She founded Hearts in Action and invested her own money to bring her vision to life because she believes that every child, every young adult, and every family deserves support, encouragement, and the opportunity to succeed.
Through Hearts in Action, Linda is committed to providing resources, guidance, and hope to youth and families facing homelessness, financial hardship, and other life challenges. Her goal is not only to meet immediate needs but also to empower people to build stronger futures filled with confidence, stability, and opportunity.
Linda believes that every act of kindness can change a life. Her story is proof that difficult circumstances do not determine a person's future—they can become the foundation for a life dedicated to serving others.
